Retreat Overview
The Green Heiress Autumn Equinox Retreat will be an intimate celebration of growth, healing and community-building. The goal of this retreat is to provide retreatants with a perspective on abundance and balance along with a life force infusion and send each person home with the right tools to patch holes where they may be “leaking” that life-force and be better able to maintain and build upon that vital energy for themselves in the future. Green Heiress offers retreatants the unique opportunity to explore practices for deep internal work, within an accessible setting that fosters connection and joy. It will be a true balance of deep, meaningful work and fun. In that work, this retreat offers an exciting opportunity to do important, internal work while making meaningful connections with like-minded people.
The Autumn Equinox is a time for balance and gratitude. It is a time of rest, change and prosperity. The retreat will explore those themes while tapping into the abundant energetic frequencies of the equinox. Attendees can expect a restorative experience that will set them up with mindful, healing practices that fit into each individual’s everyday life and routine. The Retreat will be led by a team of professional practitioners with deep mastery of their respective fields, whose focus will be finding the modalities that work for YOU.
Daily Itinerary
Each day will include:
7:30 am Morning activity - Optional yoga (Saturday and Sunday)
8:00 am - Breakfast (boxed)
9:00 am - Morning announcements
9:30 am - Morning session with featured keynote presenter
11:00 am - Featured workshop
12 noon Lunch (boxed)
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm Afternoon Experiences including:
Featured Presenter Workshops with Susan, Wyatt, Lad (on-site)
Vendor Fair (on-site)
Add-ons to take place at Green Heiress Holistic Center (accessible by shuttle)
6:00 pm dinner
