About a retreat

It’s hard to put into words what this experience gave me in just a few short days.

Not only was this my first retreat experience, but it was also my first trip to the desert. I was immediately overcome by the beauty of the landscape, which was mirrored in the beauty of the incredible and like minded people I met.

Green Heiress Retreats was able to create an environment that fostered deep, meaningful connections to be built between people who may otherwise have never crossed paths. Side by side we explored out own power, as well as the power that lives in the universe around us and how we can pull from that. “Empowering” doesn’t seem to rise to the occasion of this experience, but I can confirm that each day I grew more and more confident in my own presence and place in the world.

The presenters were so engaging and professional, bringing us all an accessible experience each day. We learned new techniques, opened our minds and moved our bodies, all helping us to access renewal and balance for the Spring season. 

Green Heiress Retreats also procured some of the most talented service providers I’ve ever encountered to provide additional services. I had the most relaxing and restorative massage of my life, followed by an energizing vitamin IV that helped me reset or an evening of celebration alongside my fellow retreatants. 

I was also lucky enough to have my first experience with acupuncture during this retreat. It was so relaxing, while helping me to release tensions in my body that I’d have trouble resolving in the past.

I am so looking forward to the future Green Heiress Retreats, which I know will build on this incredible experience. I only hope more people have the opportunity to experience the relaxation, restoration and community-building I was granted as a participant in this life-changing retreat.
